Due to the decision of the administration at local colleges not to reopen this Fall we have updated our service offerings to accomodate your changing needs. We have two (2) options for you to choose from when deciding what to do with your items in storage. You MUST pay your SUMMER STORAGE BALANCE IN-FULL before any updates can be made to your contract.
OPTION (1) Schedule for Storage DELIVERY. If you do plan on returning to Atlanta this Fall we can arrange for the DELIVERYof your items.
OPTION (2) Schedule for Storage SHIPPING. If you do not plan on returning to Altanta this Fall we can arrange for the SHIPPING of your items.
OPTION (3) Schedule for Storage CONTRACT EXTENSION. If you do not plan on returning to Altanta this Fall but will return in the Spring we can EXTEND your STORAGE COTRACT for your items.

You MUST pay your SUMMER STORAGE BALANCE IN-FULL before any updates can be made to your contract. If a customer does did pay their balance in-full at the time of "Storage PICK UP" or within 30 days of "Storage PICK UP" a late fee of $50 was charged.
Storage Options
OPTION 1: SCHEDULE DELIVERY
If you will be returing to Altanta this Fall we can arrange for the DELIVERY of your items. Click the the "UPDATE STORAGE SERVICE" button to schedule the DELIVERY of your items from summer storage. Scheduling your Storage DELIVERY and submitting payment for services are (2) separate processes. You must (1) Schedule your Storage DELIVERY. (2) Make payment using link provided below. Payments can be made online by credit or debit card using the feature below.
ALL BALANCES MUST BE PAID IN FULL PRIOR TO DELIVERY.
ALL DELIVERIES REQUIRE AT LEAST 24 HOUR NOTICE.
OPTION 2: SCHEDULE SHIPPING
If you will NOT be returing to Altanta this Fall we can arrange for the SHIPPING of your items. Click the the "UPDATE STORAGE SERVICE" button to schedule the SHIPPING of your items from summer storage.
University Storage and Movers (USM) shall act only as an intermediary for the receipt and forwarding of the Customer's shipping items to USM preferred shipping carrier (FedEx®).

A minimum fee of $30 per box or item will be assessed for re-packaging by USM plus the cost for shipping charged by FedEx.
ALL BALANCES MUST BE PAID IN FULL PRIOR TO SHIPPING.
FedEx Ground or Home Delivery is the preferred level of service that will be used unless the Customer specifically requests and pays for an express service or international service.
OPTION 3: UPDATE STORAGE CONTRACT
If you do not plan on returning to Altanta this Fall but will return in the Spring we can EXTEND your STORAGE COTRACT for your items. Click the the "UPDATE STORAGE SERVICE" button to schedule the SHIPPING of your items from summer storage. Your contract can be extended at the base rate of service.

Regardless of how many items you have in storage, you contract be extended at the base rate of service. If you have a SAVER SERVICE PLAN the extension rate is $299 for storage from September to December of contract year.

If you have a PREMIUM SERVICE PLAN the extension rate is $399 for storage from September to December of contract year.

You MUST pay your SUMMER STORAGE BALANCE IN-FULL before any updates can be made to your contract.
STEP 2: MAKE PAYMENT
Customers do not have to make a payment to schedule a PICK UP.
The full balance is due prior to storage CONTRACT UPDATE in August.
For your convenience we accept credit/debit cards using the options below.
If a customer does not pay their balance in-full at the time of "Storage PICK UP" or within 30 days of "Storage PICK UP" a late fee of $50 will be charged.
*(2) FREE Boxes are provided with PREMIUM Services Plan. Additional Boxes can be purchased.
**FREE Storage Pick Up/ Delivery Dates & Times Are Offered Per Our Service Agreement. Items Can Be Picked Up/ Delivered On Other Dates For An Additional ($50) Fee. FREE Storage Pick Up/ Delivery Is For On-Campus Deliveries ONLY.
